Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. By opening an account or making your first deposit, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
General Introduction
This document forms the legal basis of the agreement between the ninewickets platform and its members. ninewickets is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

Membership Eligibility
To register on ninewickets and use any of its services, the following conditions must be met:
2.1 Age and Legal Status
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age (applicable for ages 21+).
- The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own.
- A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
2.2 Identity Verification
ninewickets may request relevant documents at any time to verify a member's identity, age and address. If verification is not completed, deposits, withdrawals or other services may be temporarily suspended. This process is carried out for the member's own protection.
2.3 Single Use and Devices
Multiple people from the same household may use separate accounts, but each person's identity must be verified individually. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may trigger an investigation.
Age restriction: Opening an account or playing betting or casino games on ninewickets is strictly prohibited for anyone under the minimum age. Accounts belonging to those under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be returned.
Account Management
3.1 Registration
You must provide your correct name, mobile number and email at registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings.
3.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
3.3 Account Closure and Suspension
ninewickets may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, manipulation or illegal activity.
- Providing false identity or age-related information.
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
- Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
If there is no transaction or login for a prolonged period, the account may be marked as inactive. The member will be notified by email in such cases.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
ninewickets currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
4.3 Verification and Processing
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. While a withdrawal request is being processed, new requests via the same method may be temporarily limited. In the case of any suspicious transaction, ninewickets may suspend payment and conduct an investigation.
4.4 Depositor Identity
The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name. Deposits made from a third party's account may be rejected and the relevant funds will be returned.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to unlock it is ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15).
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
ninewickets runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekly reload rewards, cricket bonuses and Friday slots events. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the offer details.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses are only usable on eligible games or betting markets — wagering on ineligible games will not count towards the requirement.
- Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will void the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account will be subject to investigation.
5.4 VIP Cashback
Regular members can be promoted through five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level offers cashback on weekly net losses; up to 0.2% at Bronze level and up to 1.0% at Diamond level. For example, a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or network issue, the relevant funds are returned to the balance.
6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets placed on that event are generally voided and funds are returned. However, different rules may apply if a defined portion of the event has been completed and the market result can be determined.
6.3 Multi Bet
In a multi bet, all selections must win — losing even one means the entire bet is lost. For example, three selections with decimal odds of 1.40, 1.80 and 1.90 give combined odds of 1.40 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 4.79 (approximately). On a ৳100 bet, if all three selections are correct the return is ৳479, but if even one is wrong the full ৳100 is lost.
6.4 Odds Changes
If odds change after a bet is confirmed, it does not affect that already confirmed bet. However, if the odds displayed change before the bet is confirmed, the system will show the new odds and the bet will only be finalised once the member agrees.
6.5 Technical Errors
If a software or hardware error causes an incorrect result to be displayed for a game, the correct result will apply and any amount paid out in error may be recovered.

7.1 Setting Limits
Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a waiting period.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
A member may request to close their account for a specified period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated.
7.3 Protection of Minors
Parents and guardians should secure their devices and accounts so that those under 21 years of age cannot access this platform. If you suspect unintended use by a minor, please contact us.
Intellectual Property and Platform Use
8.1 Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — logos, graphics, text, software, interface design — is protected by the intellectual property rights of ninewickets or its licensors. Members may not copy, distribute or modify any content beyond personal use.
8.2 Permitted Use
The platform may only be used for personal and recreational purposes. Operating an account using bots, automated scripts or software is prohibited.
8.3 Prohibited Activities
